Because ODD FORM CERAMICS pieces are handmade and produced in limited quantities, all sales are final unless your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect size or item selected by the customer
• Pre-order items
• Minor variations in shape, color, glaze, texture, or finish

Because our ceramics are handmade, slight differences between pieces are normal and are not considered defects.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the item
• Photos of the packaging and shipping box

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the situation.

Pre-Orders

All pre-order sales are final. Pre-order items cannot be canceled or refunded once the order has been placed.

Refunds

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the order was incorrect due to an error by ODD FORM CERAMICS.

Lost or Stolen Packages

ODD FORM CERAMICS is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
