Products

ODD FORM CERAMICS specializes in handmade ceramic goods. Because many of our pieces are handmade, slight variations in color, glaze, shape, texture, size, and finish are expected. These variations make each piece unique and are not considered defects.

We make every effort to accurately display and describe our products. However, colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen or device.

Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided at checkout is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order due to suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, product availability, or other reasonable circumstances. If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Pre-Orders

Products marked as PRE-ORDER are not ready for immediate shipment.

Estimated production and shipping timelines will be provided on the applicable product page. These dates are estimates and may change due to production, supply, or other unexpected delays.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, pre-orders cannot be canceled simply because the order is still within its disclosed production or shipping timeframe.

Processing & Shipping

Unless otherwise stated, please allow approximately 2–4 weeks for orders to be processed and shipped.

Once an order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Shipping delays caused by carriers or circumstances outside our reasonable control may occur.

Returns & Refunds

Purchases are subject to our Return & Refund Policy. Because our products are handmade and often produced in limited quantities, all sales are generally final unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, subject to applicable law.

Damaged Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging so we can review the issue.

Product Use & Care

Customers are responsible for following any care or use instructions provided with our products.

Unless a product is specifically described as food-safe, microwave-safe, dishwasher-safe, or oven-safe, customers should not assume that it is suitable for those uses.

Intellectual Property

All ODD FORM CERAMICS branding, logos, original product designs, photographs, graphics, website content, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to ODD FORM CERAMICS and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or commercially used without permission, except as permitted by law.

Website Use
